32oz growler filled at the brewery 7-3-20, opened 7-4-20.
1 finger white head with good retention, settles in at a solid stable cap. Fresh lacing sticks.
Brilliant golden color, slight haze (unfiltered or chill haze).
Grainy malt, cereal - almost a Fruity Pebbles aroma happening? Floral and also a light doughy note apparent.
Definite biscuit notes and toasty grain. Lightly floral/spicy hop and a cereal malt sweetness.
Medium body and carbonation. Malty and off-dry with a moderate length finish.
