"Brewed with Eraclea Italian Pislner Malt and dry-hopped with Diamant, Celeia and Hallertauer hops".
Bright gold color, a tad hazy, with a solid cm of foam. Nice noble hop aroma, with some sweet malt. The nose was pretty clearly a continental pilsner, but the hops in the taste are a bit harder to identify. The hallertauer is identifiable, but there's some hoppy fruitiness that doesn't match up with the most trad pils. It's still yummy. Bitterness is not as high as some pilsners, and the malt is spot on. Good mouthfeel, just the right body to be very drinkable.
Darned good pils. There aren't many to be found in today's ocean of IPAs but I'm glad when I find one. Too bad this is probably a limited edition, or it could become one of my regulars.
