Our first collaboration with Odd Muse Brewing company is inspired by the most decadent dessert. Our Tiramisu Imperial Porter will tantalize your taste buds with notes of cocoa, vanilla, and coffee. We added both honey and dark malts in this brew to achieve the lady finger taste and decadent cocoa flavors.

Pour is a clear deep brown. half finger of tight, lasting, khaki head. Good lacing.
Nose is coffee, dark roasted malts, latte, vanilla, chocolate.
Taste is coffee, vanilla latte, rich roasty chocolate, delicious. dry finish with lingering vanilla, coffee. Roasted chocolate Porter flavors come through, too. Not overly sweet (or at all, really) like the name might suggest. Smooth creamy body.
