A humongous and super active airy white foam builds fervently atop a hazy orange body. I poured this beer into two glasses and left the room because it took so long to settle. When I came back the foam was still building and slowly emerging out of the bottle!
At least it's a very aromatic foam, though, with tons of citrus, bright and shiny hops, some white wine and grassy onion.
Flavor is nicely tart and citrusy with a little spicy Belgian funk and a bright, slight bite of bitter rind.
The foamy and frothy light body has a semi-dry finish. A sharp acidity teases the tongue, but is actually only mildly present, keeping it quite drinkable.

Absolutely as good as all of the primary HF saisons. Dry. Funky. Hoppy. Lots of citrus and hay on the nose. Flavor carries the Brett with a number of notes from the hops and citrus. Light grassy bitterness to balance. Superbly made. Huge carb and dry finish.

750 mL bottle. Pours with an absurd white head. Takes a while to settle. Smells of citrus, soap, lemon and lime. Tastes of lemon lime tartness. A little soapy. Becomes a bit herbal in the back end with some lightly sweet malts. Really high carbonation. Pleasant, though it should have been had earlier.

Bottle: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some lime and dry floral hoppy notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is a nice mix of lime with some tart notes with dry hoppy floral notes which are well integrated. Body is about average with good carbonation. Super nice level of drinkability with some quite complex notes.
