Can stamped 03/23/2018

Hazy orange with little bits of sediment and a thick head of sticky white creaminess. Aroma is heavy with tropical fruit juice...pineapple, grapefruit zest, and passion fruit rounded out with some spicy pine dankness. Hoppy flavors of orange, apricot, leafy spice, black tea, mild honey, and grain. Medium bodied, fluffy feel. Tasty.

Appearance: Forms a two-fingered head after the bubble show; the liquid underneath is hazy and honey colored; sheets of lacing

Smell: Dank, tropical and piney, with passionfruit and honey tones

Taste: A hint of honey underpins the flavor profile here, with dank tones building; passionfruit and melon tones emerge, complementing the pine; moderately bitter, with a fair amount of pith emerging after the swallow, but well-balanced

Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation

Overall: Layers of flavor here, with the spelt and the Vienna malt providing some unusual characteristics; I can't say I love it, however
