Poured from a can (no date I could find) into a pint glass
L: very slightly turbid straw yellow gold, thick white head, medium visible carbonation
S: clean, malt-forward pilsner nose with a nice bit of hop bitterness to play off of. Flour, dough, fresh baked white bread with an herbal/grassy/spicy kick as well
T: inverse of the nose here, get the spicy/herbal nature of the hops first on top of the malt flavor. Slightly bitter up front, fades to the middle, quite long finish. Cracker, fresh bread
F: medium carbonation, medium/light body, refreshing but full flavored especially the finish
O: a very good pilsner, delivers more flavor and body than anticipated. More substantial than a go-to refreshing beer, great in its own right

A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale to medium straw yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint pale golden yellow + lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense pillowy foamy bright white head that reduces to a medium sized cap of thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready malts with minimal amounts of sweetness and moderate aromas of spicy, grassy, and earthy hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + biscuit malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of spicy, grassy, and earthy hops which impart light to moderate amounts of bitterness which slowly fades away.
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a relatively clean finish.
O: Very enjoyable and a really nice beer for a fairly warm late Spring evening here in NC. Crisp and refreshing with well hidden alcohol. Easy to drink.

Pours a straw yellow color with a touch of haze and a thick pillow of white foam on top. A possible whiff of sulfer quickly gives way to a lovely wave of Noble hops. Fresh straw and herbs with an underlying warm crusty bready note. Continued spicy, floral hop character in the flavor with a biscuity sweetness to balance. Medium bodied, could use a bit more carbonation, but the finish is sufficiently crisp. Very satisfying!
