A: Pours a hazy pale to medium yellow in color with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and faint medium golden yellow + pale bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall dense sudsy foamy (almost creamy) light beige head that reduces to a few small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/mandarin orange, citrus/orange, and tropical/pineapple hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of pale + lightly toasted + oat malts with moderate amounts of lactose sweetness. Hints of vanilla.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of pale + lightly toasted + oat malts with moderate amounts of lactose sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of vanilla. Finally there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/mandarin orange, citrus/orange, and tropical/pineapple hops which impart a minimal amount of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving some light to moderate amounts of lingering citrus + tropical hops with lactose sweetness + vanilla.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly soft/fluffy with a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable with a really pleasant vanilla + lactose + tropical fruit + citrus flavor which does elicit memories of Pig Pickin' Cake. Definitely one I would have again.
