A: Pours a clear deep almost opaque mahogany in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate ruby red + garnet red + chestnut brown + amber colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy dark beige head that slowly reduces to a few small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of toasted + chocolate + caramel + nutty malts with a light amount of roasty malts and a light amount of caramel sweetness. Hints of earthy + spicy + herbal hops.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of toasted + chocolate + caramel + nutty malts with a light amount of roasty malts and a light amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by hints of earthy + spicy + herbal hops which impart a light amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Slightly heavier than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Very enjoyable with a nice robust and complex malt body, flavor, and aroma.

Deep brown with a nice tan head that lingers and with above average lacing.
Smell is touch muted but nice toasted malt and nutty like roasted chestnuts. Taste follows clean crisp with a strong malt background and so tasty . Glad I have one more can to drink
