A: Pours a relatively clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint bright yellow + pale copper colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy pillowy bright white head that quickly reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + grainy malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. Slightly heavier than light aromas of earthy + spicy + floral hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + grainy malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of earthy + spicy + floral hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away relatively quickly.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and crisp + clean refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable, sessionable, and perfect for the warm spring afternoons/evenings here in NC.
