A: Pours a relatively clear/lightly hazy pale to medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate brassy + medium golden yellow + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy beige head that slowly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of thick film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer nad a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, stone fruit/apricot, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/gooseberry hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, stone fruit/apricot, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/gooseberry hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving lingering tropical hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially crisp with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly refreshing mouthfeel. A really enjoyable combination of a couple of my favorite hops make this beer one that I would gladly enjoy many times over.
