Cowabunga!
It was brewed with pale malt, wheat, and oats, and then hopped with Motueka, Cashmere, Idaho 7, and Medusa. Finally we hauled 2000lbs of fruit up a 20ft ladder in the middle of the NC summer 44lbs at a time, so we could condition this beautiful beer on a bed of mango, tangerines, and grapefruit. It was totally worth it because it tastes amazing.

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate brassy + burnt orange + dark golden yellow + peach colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of very slightly mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, herbal, tropical/guava, and citrus/lime hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of caramel-like sweetness. Moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/tangerine + tropical/mango fresh fruits.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of caramel-like sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/tangerine + tropical/mango fresh fruits. Finally there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, herbal, tropical/guava, and citrus/lime hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering tropical + citrus hop and fruit flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a light amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and pleasant though not too soft/fluffy a mouthfeel. Really enjoyable with excellent tropical and citrus hop + fruit flavors and aromas.
