16 ounce can in a Pilsner glass.
Lightest of light lemon-lime safety yellow color. Fluffy 1f pure white cap, quick drop, a few splashes of lacing. Lots of bubbles.
Aromas of lime, lemon, chili powder. Grassy. Mexican street jicama sticks.
Flavors of lime and chili peppers. Light malt, black pepper grinds.
Very light body, peppery, high carbonation. The chilis outlast the lime and heat the pipeline.
Pretty good light lager. Year round; light and refreshing or equally fired up.

Purchased as a single 6oz draft pour from The Blue Door for $3.50.
L - Hazy, very pale yellow with zero head. No lacing whatsoever.
S - Sour and salty, with notes of citron and lime.
T - Starts off a little tart, and lime-heavy. Goes into a sort of a light wheat, and finishes with a throat-based heat.
F - Light-bodied, with fine carbonation. Slight heat from [what I assume is] chili peppers. Refreshing and drinkable.
O - Not sure what I expected, but I was somehow still disappointed. I feel like if maybe there was more carbonation, a better yeast, and a more beefy corn note that this would be a lot nicer. It's worth a try, but not worth getting again.

A: Pours a crystal clear pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense fizzy sudsy bright white head that quickly reduces to a small patch of very thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + grainy malts with moderate amounts of corn adjunct sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of lime + chili peppers + salt/brininess. Very light aromas of lager yeast. No perceptible hop aroma.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of bready + grainy malts with moderate amounts of corn adjunct sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of lager yeast. Next there are light to moderate flavors of lime + chili peppers + salt/brininess which contribute a light amount of chili pepper spiciness/heat. Finally there is no perceptible hop presence though there is a light amount of bitterness towards the finish as well as lingering slightly sweet lime.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very refreshingly crisp + clean mouthfeel. Very enjoyable with the lime, salt, and chili peppers - just enough sweetness, brininess, and spiciness. Perfect choice here on Taco Tuesday.
