A: Pours a clear pale to medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint bright yellow + straw yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with moderate amounts of rice adjuncts and light amounts of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of spicy hops with a light to moderate aroma of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with moderate amounts of rice adjuncts and light amounts of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of spicy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers before fading to give a clean finish.
M: Light bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish. Hints of dryness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very refreshing crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable and definitely a beer that I would happily have a couple of... would likely pair nicely with many of the different tailgating foods.
