A: Pours a crystal clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and light to moderate amber + brassy colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy light beige head that reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Very light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of bready + grainy + caramel malts with a moderate amount of light fruit (apple + pear + white grape) sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of spicy hops and a light amount of lager yeast aromas.
T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of bready + grainy + caramel malts with a moderate amount of light fruit (apple + pear + white grape) sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there is a light flavor of spicy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a relatively clean finish.
O: Drinks pretty easily with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable with classic flavors and aromas expected for the style.
