Pours a very nice clear golden color with a slight head and lacing
Aroma has lime and peppery hints
The taste follows the nose with a pleasant malt, lime and peppery flavor

16 ounce can in an oversized nonic pint glass.
Pale yellow gold, not quite see-through, color. Tall white cap that drops quickly and leaves no lacing.
Aromas of lime and pico de gallo.
Lime flavor upfront. A little lemon and salt. A moderate hit of scoville units, chili and black peppers.
It’s light, lime salty, awol alcohol. Nice peppery kick finish.
Light and refreshing. I’d prefer a 12 ounce serving.

16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a clear pale yellow color with a fizzy white head that disappears completely
S- plenty of lime juice and zest on the nose, followed by cracked pepper, and an array of pepper skin that you can feel in the nose, a hint of sweet malt
T- tangy lime juice up front is followed by some sweet malty notes. Mid-palate brings out some green pepper skin flavor that follows the nose. The finish is slightly salty, with more tangy lime and pepper skin on the linger
M- light body with moderate carbonation leads to a fizzy mouthfeel that continues into a foamy crisp finish, a bit of heat warms the throat
O- super refreshing summer beer that would go great with Mexican cuisine
