Pours a very hazy murky amber color with a nice head and lacing
Aroma has generous malt, oats and hop hints
Taste follows the nose with a very well balanced silky smooth malt and hop flavor
A medium bodied well carbonated beer
A very good Imperial IPA

Poured from a can (no date I could find, distro 27Aug2020) into a pint glass
L: pours a darker orange, slightly brown. Slight white head, nice and dense, fades after a couple minutes. Moderate lacing
S: great restrained tropical nose, with some nice hop bitterness to complement. Mango, some pineapple, melon, citrus bite think orange/grapefruit
T: tropical flavors coming through very well, with this great piney note helping to balance it out. Mango and pineapple lead, some melon as well. Moves to a nice piney/earthy note, great transition from the fruit-forward open. A reminder of how nice some bite can be! Medium finish
F: medium- body, medium carbonation, fairly smooth oats doing a nice job
O: a great IPA from Casita, bringing some solid fruit-forward notes on the nose and palate plus great piney bite on the swallow
