Purchased as a 6oz draft pour from The Blue Door a couple of days ago. I wrote this review on my laptop and forgot to submit it.
L - Clear yellow, with a one-finger pale white & fluffy head.
S - Wheat. Mild floral notes. Not too much else.
T - Follows nose 100%. A bit earthy, as well. Finish is very dry.
F - Light-bodied, and well-carbonated. Extremely drinkable and refreshing. Not filling in the slightest.
O - It's a pretty definitive pale ale, and passes the bar into "good" territory, rather than "alright" territory! If SN's Pale Ale was a bit too heavy for you, this one's for you. I'll probably get it again. It'd go well with burgers or fish, for sure.
