On tap in a standard pint glass.
Pale golden copper color with cloudiness. The soapy 1f white cap sticks like glue to the inside of the glass.
The aroma begins with a blast of dankness and earthiness, pine sap. Light citrus background.
Citrus is prominent in flavor, lemon and grapefruit. Pale malt and oats are present, too. There’s a citrus rind tinge that mixes with herbal earthiness in the finish that make for dominant flavor.
It’s light. Pale malt and the rice make for an easy drinking base. Strong citrus kick. Nothing sweet.
A nice hop blend makes it unique along with the malt and oat base. The adjunct rice doesn’t kill it. In the end, a light and hoppy pale ale.
