A: Pours a crystal clear pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate straw yellow + pale lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy fizzy sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass,. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + pale malts with moderate amounts of rice adjuncts and some light to moderate amounts of grainy + rice sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of lager yeast. Light aromas of spicy + citrus/grapefruit pith hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + pale malts with moderate amounts of rice adjuncts and some light to moderate amounts of grainy + rice sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of spicy + citrus/grapefruit pith hops which contribute a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving a clean finish.
M: Light bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very refreshingly pleasant light crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable and would pair nicely with spicy foods.
