Inspired by the ''Bushwacker'' blended frozen cocktail, we brewed this Imperial Stout version with a variety of specialty malts, coconut, Black & White Coffee Roasters coffee and Videri Chocolate Factory cacao nibs.

Picked up a four-pack at the Appalachian Vintner in Asheville 2-21-23 for $20.99. Traded two and shared one with my tasting group leaving one for review on 1-15-24 of a 16 oz can dated 1-10-23. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured black with a nice tan head that has some hang time.
Nose is very nice, cold roasted coffee and malts dominate with a touch of chocolate in the background.
Taste is well done as the large malt base combines nicely with the coffee adjunct to give a nice roasty base. Cocoa nibs adjunct are nicely played and give a subtle nice cocoa flavor. Finish is with enough hopping and with the coffee is easily balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth.
Overall this was an unexpected well done dessert beer that turns out to be a fine stout!
