A thanks to the commander of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a slightly hazy golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is strong of citrus. Taste is oranges, plenty of malts, hints of lemons. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a refreshing and decent beer.

Poured from a can into a tulip.
Pours a slightly hazy (not cloudy) gold with a nice fluffy white head and excellent retention.
Malt-forward aromas of orange, lemon zest, and white stone fruit still let some floral hops shine through.
The hop flavors are much more present on the palate. Malty citrus sweetness still takes first position on the tip of the tongue, with a more pithy/peppery/crackery yeast middle. Soapy/floral/earthy hop notes take over with a vengeance to close the quaff.
The brew is rather light for the style, well carbonated, drying, and very drinkable, despite its fruity sweetness.
A well-balanced APA that shows off the drop hopping, but never approaches IPA bitterness.

L:. Pours a brilliant clear Straw yellow with a medium white fluffy head and fingers of lacing around the glass.
S:. Grassy and a light tropical fruit, mixed with some lemon pith, some orange, aroma is there but still a little weak.
T:. Orange pineapple, lemon pith grapefruit, fairly juicy and sweet.
F:. Medium body, slightly prickly mouthfeel.
O:. It's very easy drinking and a decent pale ale.
