Nice strong gose flavor but just enough raspberry & lemon that you can taste them but they don't become overpowering. Very drinkable.

It looks redder than expected. Everything else seems like what I'd expect in a lemon raspberry gose.

LOOK - deep red / wine-like - with low carbonation / not even a 1 finger head - dissipates quickly but some activity continues onward
SMELL - raspberry is prominent - very tart - slight vinegar
TASTE - nice tart punch upfront - some sweet fruit comes in but quickly moves towards a sharp tart bite of raspberry - slightly salty without being too much - very enjoyable and well balanced - a nice wheat backbone makes itself known as well
FEEL - a bit thin but just into the medium bodied arena - slightly slick and oilyl
OVERALL - this is a great tasting brew. I was impressed as I enjoy Gose beers when done correctly / well balanced - will buy this again in the future for sure

A very raspberry forward gose that sips light and easy, Wheels Gose ‘Round is a delicate sour that pours pink with a small head and a potent aroma. It drinks with a biting carbonation, but has a subtle sourness and a quiet saltiness that a lot of gose’s miss. Overall a great gose with a great cause behind it.

Slightly hazy rose' color on the pour with a couple of fingers of tight foamy pink head that is audibly crackling down.

Raspberry and citrus come forward on the scent. Back notes of some white bread like yeast smells. Every now and than a faint hint of salt coming up.

Very light on the raspberries and lemon, just seems to tickle the palate mid tongue. Definitely a tart taste balanced by a very nice bit of salt. Seems like the salt is very light but just there to finish off the tart at the back of the mouth. Also getting some of that white Wonder bread taste as well.

Mouth feel is very light and crisp. Lots of prickly carbonation. Finish is dry, crisp and refreshing.

Very good beer! For a Gose I have to say it fits well within the style. All of the elements are there along with a great taste. The body is unusual as it seems as light as a Coors Light but with a ton more of flavor. If I could I would seriously buy several cases of this and keep some cold ones on hand for our up coming hot months here in Las Vegas. This beer would be a great thirst quencher on those scorching days. Cheers to Left Hand!

Pours a cloudy, ruby red coloration with a medium, frothy head. Smells of tart rasperry and zesty lime, with a distinct acidity. Taste is a great balance of slightly sweet and quite tart raspberry and rather zesty lime, with a good lactic acidity and light salinity. Finishes with a medium tartness and some raspberry and lime lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and mesium carbonation.

A rather nice Gose that is recognizable as the style despite being flavored, with a good lactic acidity, subtle saltiness and very little sweetness coming through. The raspberry and lime work together rather well, forming a very enjoyable flavor profile. Very crisp and refreshing, makes for a great summer beer.

2nd gose I try. It is ok, not as good as SeaQuench. Gose style is rather blend and I feel the fruit flavor is not adding much. Salt/lime from SeaQuench was making this style better. Probably would not buy this again.

Poured from a can. Dark reddish in color with a small head and some lacing. Strong smell of raspberry. Flavor is raspberry with a small touch of sour. This is just the right amount of flavor and sour.

Pours a clear ruby grapefruit colour. Smells tart and fresh; raspberry juice and a hint of salted lemon. Tastes clean light and refreshing; perfect for a summer day. Juicy light-medium body overall. Raspberries, slightly saline hose profile, and a semidry clean finish. Faint bittering after palate. Not much to it but it's tasty.

The beer is a pink color that is a bit off-putting and definitely looks more like a soda than a beer. The smell is mostly raspberry with a hint of lemon zest. Taste was also more like a soda with just a hint of sourness. If you are looking for a beer that really doesn't seem like one this is a good candidate. Reminded me more of an alcopop than beer and probably would appeal to lots of different drinkers. However it's not a BAD flavor press, just not very beery. I thought it was nice on a very hot day in Palm Springs, but would I like it in another setting? Maybe, maybe not. Worth a try and an offer to less beer-inclined friends.

Looks like pink seltzer water, smells like raspberries and lemon, tastes like raspberry lemon seltzer water. Slightly tart with just a hint of wheat. One of the least "beery" beers I've ever had, even for a light fruited sour. Not bad, just not much of a beer.

Best by December 31st can.

Omg...the raspberry smell on first whiff has me hooked. Lemon and the expected wheat are added pluses.

Raspberries, wheat, a nice level of salt, mild lemon, so tasty.

Good mouthfeel, almost gets to the watery side but not quite. Whew.

The look is the very first thing that impressed me. Raspberry coloured, hazy, nice pinkish head of foam.

Would buy this again, no problem.

Smell: smells like lemon-raspberry sorbet, but heavier on the raspberry
Taste: raspberry up front with lemon undertones; tart but not quite sour
Feel: moderately carbonated & light bodied
Overall: refreshing and fruity, good option for summer parties/cookouts

L - Reddish/dark pink with a pinkish/off white head that dissipates somewhat quickly leaving behind a decent amount of lacing and a thin cap
S - Slight hints of lemon and raspberry - overall, not a very strong smell however
T - Strong notes of sweet, ripe raspberry up front and throughout with hints of yeast and tart lemon on the backend
F - Medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, refreshing, but a little creamier than most goses
O - Probably one of the better goses I've had - tons of ripe, tart raspberry notes as well as sweet, tart lemon. Delivers what it promises which is about all you can ask for sometimes.

Appearance - Pours cloudy red with a thin cola like head that quickly dissipates to a thin cap. Few spots of lacing.

Aroma - Big raspberry and lemon peel, light salt and lactose. Slightly tart sweet nose.

Taste - Raspberry is lighter than the nose, not much lemon, the salt is there with just a touch of lemon.

Feel - Light bodied good carbonation slightly dry finish.

Overall - The nose was great tons of raspberry the taste feel a little short and was a little watered down.

Not a style of beer I usually go for but I am always on the look out for a good fruity beer with a low abv. L Pours like a pink sparkling wine with noticeably less carbonation. Smells of raspberry, hint of tart cherry, meady, with slight yeast. T Taste of raspberry with hints of Tart cherry and brine with a very dry finish and subtle shandy beer. Feel mouthfeel not of beer but liquor in it's almost empty dry out your mouth feel. O Overall i find the beer crush able and fruity like a shandy beer of the upmost lightness.

This beer pours a rosy red with a moderate head. The aroma is solidly tart with fresh raspberry notes, with a hint of dusty yeast flavor and a touch of salt. The flavor is fresh and slightly sweet, with fresh raspberry and cherry notes, a touch of sweetness and a balancing hint of salt. The mouthfeel is very light with refreshing, sudsy carbonation. Overall, a very nice, direct, simple sour, with no distracting flavors.

That's not how Gose is pronounced, Left Hand.

My notes for this beer read as follows: "It's like New Glarus' Raspberry Tart with some seltzer poured in it."

To extrapolate: that means it's pretty good. It has the same very authentic-tasting jaminess as NG's beer, but it lacks the depth of flavor and smoothness. That doesn't mean it's bad. This is actually quite crisp and refreshing: raspberry and citrus juice are present throughout and there's a nice little kiss of salinity in the finish.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 12/24/2018. Pours slightly hazy ruby reddish/pinkish orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon peel, lime, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, spices, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon peel, lime, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon peel, lime, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, spices, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.4%. Overall this is an excellent Gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, fruit, spices, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Very flavorful and not watery. This was not as acidic as I expected, but still adequate. Awesome balance of jammy berries, lemon peel, Lacto, and spices; with a nice pale/wheat malt backbone for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Aroma of raspberry, with a touch of wheat. Pours a clear red with a pink head. Very subdued sour notes, with the predominant flavor coming from the raspberry. The salt is there in the finish, but isn't pronounce. Overall, this comes across to me as more of a fruit beer then a sour.
