Pours a cloudy maize color. 1/5 inch head of a white color. Slight retention and poor lacing. Smells of yeast, wheat, pale malt, citrus, and a hint of salt. Fits the style of a Berliner Weisse. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. There is a noticeable dryness and slight bitterness as well as a pleasant tartness. Tastes of yeast, wheat, pale malt, citrus, and a hint of salt. Overall, average appearance, simple aroma and body, but good blend, and great feel.

Poured from a 12oz can with a best by date of 3/15/19; into a Sam Adams perfect pint.
Appearance- hazy, straw yellow with an explosion of bubbles that produces a hot tub-esque surface where no head resides; no lacing.
Smell- lemon, lime, german yeast, and some white bread.
Taste - very tart and sour lemon and lime flavor punch; tasty, but a bit much.
Feel - nice light body with an aggressive sour and tart dominance.
Overall- full disclaimer, I’m not one that has come around on the sours, so if it has an aggressive sour profile, I’m likely good for drinking one and then I’m out; this qualifies as one is fine, but no more.
