Had on tap. Opaque black body with a brown head. I realize as those I talked to about this beer slammed it for its thinner body, "I was getting lost within myself, nothing matters no one else." A FES should be dry and thin silly, and I was falling for this one. Great bourbon character melding into the roasted malt and barley, with accenting notes of coffee, licorice, booze, chocolate syrup, molasses, leather and char, richer in smell than taste overall. Clearly, "no one but me can save myself, but its too late", this beer is good!
