A cask of Jackman's was poured at the Brick Store for the kickoff of Terrapin's Side Project 7 and to celebrate the brewing of the Depth Charge, second collaboration between Left Hand and Terrapin. Dry hopped with an ounce of Mt. Hood and an ounce of Cascade.

Pours a ruddy copper color with a one-finger slightly off-white head. The head recedes into a wispy layer on top leaving light lacing.

Smells of sweet pale malts with good amounts of citrus hop aromas.

Tastes similar to how it smells. Pale malt flavors kick things off and are followed by a solid amount of ripe citrus hop flavors and an almost floral flavor. Mildly bitter ending.

Mouthfeel is good. It has a decent thickness with soft and light carbonation.

Drinkability is good. I didn't have a problem finishing my glass and could have another.

Overall this was a solid cask beer but I'm not sure that the dry-hopping did a whole lot to the beer. Worth a shot.
