Super smooth peanut buttery bliss with notes of milk chocolate. Experience the “butter half” of America’s Stout. Our classic Milk Stout’s aromas of roasted coffee, milk chocolate, brown sugar and vanilla cream combine with the sweet and savory flavors of peanut butter. Pour Hard from the bottle to release the Nitro magic inside and revel in its hypnotic cascade. Once that thick, pillowy head settles at the top, the Nitro mouthfeel caresses your palate smoother than a spoonful of creamy peanut butter. As our Milk Stout’s chocolate malt backbone plays with this nutty addition, every sip lingers like a liquid peanut butter cup. Pour Hard. Go Nuts.

Poured from a 12 oz. nitro bottle. Has a black color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of peanut butter, roasted malts. Taste is the same as the aroma, some light chocolate notes as well. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

12oz bottle, single at totalwine. Packaged 6/24/25 per the bottle, 294 days old. Geesh. Wish I would have looked at the bottle date.
Brewed with 2-Row, Crystal, Chocolate, Munich, Rolled Oats, Flaked Barley, Roasted Barley, Lactose, Peanuts, Natural Peanut Butter Flavor. Hopped with CTZ, US Goldings.
6.2% ABV, 25 IBU per the website.
Pours directly upside down, forming a nice creamy tan head with very good retention and one solid sheet of sticky lace that doesn't form rings. It's solid from beginning to end. Very nice looking. I was expecting no head since it's brewed with peanuts, so it's a nice surprise. The nose is really nice...obviously peanut butter, but also a tootsie roll fake chocolate note (like reese's PB cups), marshmallows, a little black walnut. No discernible hop character.Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth, nitro soft. The taste....hrmmm. It's peculiar. It has a peanut butter and chocolate note but it is very artificial tasting. I'm getting a very strong pink bubblegum and Ludens cherry cough drop character, which is very odd and does not belong here. The flavor gives an impression of sweetness, but it's not overtly sweet. Bitterness is non existent. No hop flavor either. Alcohol is quite imperceptible.
Hrmmm. A very odd beer. The cherry cough drop and bubblegum are very off. I wonder if it's due to the age and the breakdown of the peanut butter flavoring. I'd like to try this really fresh. Worth trying again, but I'm glad I didn't buy a 6'er of this.

Poured from a 12oz can into pint glass in February 2026. I drank it within 1 month of purchase.
Appearance: Very dark brown with a dark tan head. Head was 1 finger high, and lasted a minute. It left very little lacing on the glass, and ended with a little head still on the beer.
Smell: strong aroma of peanut butter, and a little chocolate. The peanut butter is a bit strong.
Taste: There is a very sweet milk stout with flavors including peanut butter & chocolate. There is very little bitter hop flavors. There is a mild alcohol presence, which matches the 6.2% on the label. It is better balanced than the aroma predicted.
Mouth-feel: Medium body, but also very smooth like a milk stout.
This is a good sweet milk stout, and I enjoyed the variety of flavors. It is sweet, with a medium-body and is smooth and enjoyable to drink. I would buy this again.

Tired Hand Milk Stout Nitro presents with a smaller beige head atop an opaque brown pour. Sticky lacing. Fragrant peanuts meet chocolate nose. Smooth even taste, none too bitter, residual cocoa joins with roasted malt flavors is appealing. A slow but certain warming from the 6% ABV. Head retention is visible and along with the tingly pastry taste makes for a very good brew. Light dry finish.

Poured from a bottle into a Nonic.
A dark brew with a thin beige head with lasting and high retention qualities that yields stringy lacing.
Chocolatey malt, the roasted peanut flavor is nicely done, not overdone.
Smooth and creamy, a little nutty and tangy.
A fantastic dessert beer.

Dark black with tan head. Nose and taste are full on peanut butter. Very smooth drinking beer. Nothing overpowering especially with nitro which I’m not normally a fan of.

L = Nice dark brown color, medium tan head, a bit short on carbonation, but adequate lacing present.
S = Pleasant scent of chocolate, peanut smelled natural and quality, more like fresh peanuts than peanut butter.
T = Peanuts, chocolate, milk, sugar, malt. Not quite as compelling as the nose, but tastier than most peanut butter stouts.
F = A touch on the sticky side, barely... somewhat thin, but enjoyable. The nitro is a bit tough to bring out, but nice, I just wish it was a bit deeper. A hard pour still does not get it to anything like a Guiness level.
0 = Good and solid. It is something I will continue to pick up occasionally, a better than average peanut butter stout!

on draft this is really exceptional, nitro of course, and after being disappointed with their candy cane one, this one really hit, guessing that was an age thing, a line pour, something, because their basic milk stout is genre defining and this version is about as good as anyone in my experience has done with these flavors, true peanut butter, not the dehydrated stuff that tastes like cardboard and newspaper, its so rich and real and well dosed, perfect amount of lactose of course too, and there has to be chocolate in this, peanut butter cup, epic nitrogenation, just such a great beer, not too sweet either, hard not to be impressed with this, easily the best thing ive had from these guys in ages. the nose is subtle, roast from the dark grain, base stout intact with the peanut butter and chocolate elements as accents. a very natural peanut thing, skins and oils and stuff to me, bitterness from a cocoa element, but also some richer milk type chocolate, super cohesive and together, it hits all at once. the flavor is even better, seriously a salty note all through it, at times hits a salted dark chocolate thing, at times salted caramel with the lactose and the middle malts that exist in the depths of this, but most prominently as an actual peanut butter thing, which retains some salted savory character even in a desserty context like this, which again adds authenticity to the peanut butter aspect but overall does so much in here, even drying out a finish that could be too sweet without it, is this salted beyond whatever the peanut butter thing is? a subtle but absolutely brilliant feature that really does set it apart from the crowd. the flow is amazing, the smoothness on point, and the flavors dont take over the base beer that everyone loves so much. dont know if my pub food context did anything for this, but it broke through anyway, probably better freestanding than as a meal companion, but i absolutely loved this, best variant on it ive had, and way ahead of the rest of the expanding peanut butter stout crowd. this might grade out above the original in terms of score, im not sure i prefer it to the classic, especially from a volume consumption standpoint, but its pretty close...

Bottled 5/7/24, poured dark, no head with aggressive pour. Smell and taste was well balanced , some peanut, but didn't overwhelm overall aroma. Pretty tasty with chocolate in the forefront.

Served on tap at the brewery in an English Tulip Pint glass.
Look: Very dark brown with a 1” tan head with very good retention, and plenty of finely-bubbled lacing.
Nose: Peanut butter, some chocolate, dark roast.
Attack: Dark roast, sweetness from the lactose, peanut butter, vanilla.
Finish: Perfect bitterness to balance.
Mouthfeel: Medium thick, smooth and creamy from the nitro, near perfect carbonation.
Overall: This is very nice — smooth, well-balanced, drinkable, full-flavored — good work, Left Hand!

Pretty much their left hand milk stout which is amazing btw with slight peanut flavors most dry because they probably use dry peanut butter, While not offensive I don't really get the peanut butter cup flavor it mostly taste of chocolate covered peanuts. Tasty stuff if I found it again I would probably buy another bottle or two.
