Brewed by Pat Brown & Gabe Singer, our Thai Spice Saison is an herbal adventure for your senses. The sweet & tart characteristics of a Saison are complemented with the citrus-packed trio of kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass & Citra hops. The addition of jalapeño pepper & galangal brings the traditional spiciness of the style to the next level. Light bodied, effervescent & refreshing.

from the first sip i could not figure what i was drinking , i took another sip and read the label-lemon grass, jalapeno , coriander. kaffer lime & galanger- it seems they went to the kitchen and throw in whatever they could find. if anyone liked this beer i would be surprised. pour out after second sip. bought in mixed 12 pack - marked the last 2 cans "use for chile"

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled very spicy with some heat. Nice toasted bread aroma, too. Good spicy bite up front with caramel, toffee and a mild bitterness.
