Off white head with good lace. Hazy gold color.
Very dry aroma with hints of coriander, sage, thyme and rosemary.
The flavor matches the smell--dry and spicy. This is one of the better spice beer because it is so well balanced. Typically, the spice is dominant, but this one uses the spice to enhance the beer's natural flavors. Great blend. Body leans to the thicker side. Good carbonation, too.
