When we opened the brewery, everyone said this was a Busch Lite town. So, we wanted to brew a beer that was, at the very least, familiar to drinkers of the mass-produced light beers in America. This beer is an American-style light ale. Made with 2-row pale malt and Hallertau hops, it can be paired with a wide range of lighter fare. Plus, it’s low in alcohol, so if you’re going to drink all day, it might as well be a Sully’s!

16oz can. Date stamp on label is '8/19/24'. Label lists ABV% as 4.6%.
Mostly clear, straw to pale gold for color. Two fingers of white head, and this reduces to a thin cap with minor surface storm, and a full ring. Only a very few lacing spots left behind.
Aroma of toasted malts and floral/grassy hops.
Taste is similar to the nose with toasted malts and floral/grassy hops, with a bit of green apple. Slight tang from the white wheat malt. Aftertaste is short in duration (similar to a macro light beer).
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish. Very good carbonation.
More flavorful than a macro light lager. Wet and refreshing. Each sip is quickly through and done.
