Bavarian Brunette Dunkleweizen

Poured a seethru, not cloudy, dark brown body with one finger fizzy head that died quick. Aroma has mixed notes of hefe like spice and bubblegum yeast along with pinches of sweet malts. The yeast gives off a light bubblegum sweetness and fluffy, fuller mouthfeel, and the spices give it that hefeweizen feel (light clove and pepper). Not a bad beer at all but will say more hefe than dunkle as the sweet malts (caramel and light chocolate) are in background and do not make beer overly sweet.
