Wasserhund Brewing Co. "The Noble Three Way"
on tap at the brewery on 19 June 2017
Notes: 9.0% ABV, 56 IBUs. Collaboration with Pleasure House & Home Republic, hence the name. Hazy golden body beneath a bright white head that holds well and leaves some very nice lacing behind. The aroma offers notes of green banana, ripe banana, and clove. The flavor adds plum, apple, and some spiciness (is that hops or alcohol? - probably Saaz hops). Dry, fruity, and spicy finish. An interesting stronger version of a hefeweizen.

Poured a cloudy orange body with one-finger head and lace ring down glass. Aroma is mix of dirty yeast and dirty hops for biting aroma. Smooth body thanks to strong yeast presence with bubblegum sweetness and a very mild hop taste for crisp, clean finish.
