Good light Pilsner perfect for summer consumption. Clear light blond/yellow color with a very soft aroma. The taste is crisp and refreshing. Not a lot of head, slightly effervescent.

Wasserhund Brewing Co. "Purebred Pilsner"
on tap at the brewery on 19 June 2017
Notes: 5.2% ABV, 30 IBUs. Clear golden body beneath a finger-thick head of white foam that displays very good head retention and lacing. Grainy malt and mild grassy and herbal hops greet you in the nose. The flavor follows and the spicy, grassy, and herbal hops rise above the pilsner malt about midway and carry through to linger in the long dry finish. Balanced by a stiff bitterness. Medium leaning medium-light in body and crisp.

Poured a seethru orange body with two-finger head that left my beer very slow. Minor citric hopped aroma with a touch of sweetness as well. Decent balance and has what I like in a pils - malty sweetness although there must be an addition in here (would explain color as well) as there is a tropical fruit almost sugary sweetness to this beer as well but it balances w/ a crisp hop bite on the finish.
