Ed's famous porter. Rich, smooth, creamy goodness. It's why we're here today!

Served on tap into a snifter glass at the Salt Springs Brewery in Saline, Michigan.
A: Pours a very dark brown color with a one finger, a light tan head, rim retention, and very little in the way of lacing.
S: Tangy with very light aromas of cafe au lait and milk chocolate.
T: Semisweet. Reminiscent of a chocolate soda with any coffee elements in the background. I thought the bitterness was solid enough to provide balance.
M: Full bodied with moderate effervescence.
O: Very drinkable and enjoyable, but not a stand out.
