Dry hopped with Columbus and Chinook hops. This India Pale Ale has nicely balanced malt and citrus flavors with subtle piney overtones.

Served on tap into a snifter glass at the Salt Springs Brewery in Saline, Michigan.
A: Pours a hazy, orange-amber color with a one finger, eggshell white head, rim retention, but good solid rings of lacing.
S: Light fruity aromas of caramel, tangerine (more the zest), peach, and pineapple.
T: Semidry. Flavor pallet also very fruity, but with a clearly caramel core. Light bitterness provided nice balance.
M: Medium bodied with moderate effervescence.
O: A mild, enjoyable AIPA. This one I would have again.
