Diatomaceous is our traditional dry stout offering. It's dark and roasty, with hints of coffee, a medium body, and a clean finish.

Had Diatomaceous poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "06/27/24," into nonic pint.
Pours apparently almost black but deep mahogany with huge, creamy tan head, with excellent retention, but leaving only a little splotchy lace down the glass. Aromas of mild roast malts and sweet coffee off pour, and continuing. On tasting, begins smooth, sweet, and mildly chocolatey, over a clean, light body, then mild roast malts, which carry into a clean, slightly-bitter, herbally-crisp finish.
Uncomplicated delivery of classic, clean Irish Dry Stout.

Excellent stout. Very similar to Guinness, but I like the flavor better.
