Served on tap at Slick's (Chattanooga, TN) in a Shaker pint. Reviewed from notes.
A: Slightly hazy golden with short cap of off white-head and a couple of short collars of lacing.
S: Balanced with light citrus grapefruit and orange with a bit of honeysuckle hop notes and grainy pale maltiness.
T: Flavor is a little run of the mill but by no means off-putting with grainy, 2-row and light caramel malt backbone leaving room for subdued grapefruit, lemon, and orange citrus notes and some herbal qualities in the finish. Low-medium bitterness with no yeast character.
M: Light and easy to drink with low-medium carbonation and light body.
O: Fine for an exclusive but pretty plain in the grand scheme of things.
