Had Gatiño Gose at the Hutton & Smith Taproom, Chattanooga, on draft into pint tumbler.
Pours straw-gold with crystal clarity and 1-finger near-white head which quickly dissipates completely, leaving no lace. Mild aroma of malted wheat off pour, then the coriander lime arrives, and grows. Begins nicely tart, then some sea salt comes in over mild cracker malt, before lime flavor joins and leads into a crisp, slightly tart finish.
Not cloudy, but otherwise a traditional representation of the style.
