Collab partnering with Five Wits Brewing to make this west coast double IPA. Rewind or Die-PA, an 8% West Coast Double IPA brewed with Amarillo, Lemondrop and Falconer's Flight hops.

Had Rewind Or Die-PA poured from 12-oz. can, no date but bottom stamped "REWIND INCLINED," into tulip pint.
Pours yellow-gold with clarity and 1-finger off-white head, with great retention, leaving nice Belgian lace down the glass. Big aroma of pine off pour, and continuing, and then a little fruit joins. Begins sweet and smooth malt and then seriously piney, and a very little fruit, before hop bite overwhelms, and keeps growing into moderately bitter finish.
A big West Coast DIPA, either classic-style, or boringly old-fashioned.
