Our interpretation of this traditional German style is light, refreshing, and supremely drindable. Slightly fruity with a refreshing and subtle bitterness, this crisp German Ale will fuel your explorations through the stone forests of life.

Had Karst Kolsch (sic) poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "06/13/22," into willi becher.
Pours straw-gold with perfect clarity and 1-finger near-white head, which lasts a bit, before dissipating to a persistent partial film, that leaves some splotches of lace down the glass. Aroma of mild malt off pour, then some noble hop spice, which continues. Begins with a little carbonation bite over mild, sweet malt and immediate (grape-like) fruitiness, with malt continuing, into growing hop spice and a crisp finish.
Excellent on-style Kölsch, missing only a little fruit in the aroma, and perhaps a bit maltier than most.
