Had Fermi Paradox Italian Pilsner poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "08/23/22," into pilsner glass.

Pours light straw-gold with clarity and 1/2- to 1-finger near-white head, with decent retention, leaving a little lace scattered down the glass. Aromas of mild pilsner malt and a little hop spice off pour, then growing hop herbals and spice as warms. Begins crisply-carbonated with dry-hopped bitterness, showing some hop spice and a little citrus, with very little malt character, except perhaps a bit in the texture, before an extremely dry, herbal bitter finish.

A very attenuated, remarkably dry (and nicely-hopped) Italian Pilsner.
