Emergence is lush, pillowy, and bursting with fruity complexity from a choice selection of hops including Hydra. Sweet ripe fruit, peach, apricot, tangerine, grapefruit, guava, and passion fruit are all singing in unison to remind you why you’re here.

Had Emergence at Hutton & Smith Taproom, Chattanooga, on draft into almost tulip.
Pours deep, hazy orange-juice gold with 1- to 2-finger, foamy near-white head, with excellent retention, leaving chunky, splotchy rings of lace down the glass. Aromas of big, sweet citrus, citrus rind and lime off pour, then mild orange and a little bitter herbal aromas, with sweet peach and a little hop spice aromas as warms. On tasting, begins smooth and creamy, with sweet stone fruit, crisp lime and mild tangerine, over that full, smooth mouthfeel, but crispy, then strawberry and banana, which carry into a drying, still citrusy, slightly-resinous, alcohol-warming finish.
Multiply fruity, almost milkshake NEIPA, but with a crisp, biting finish.
