Blending two special yeast strains for extra complexity, these absolute titans converge with six of the finest hops. Bursting with tropical aromas of pineapple, peach, apricot, coconut, and citrus flavors of orange and grapefruit.

Had Convergence at the Hutton & Smith Taproom, Chatt., on draft into ceramic mug.
Pours hazy deep orange-juice gold, with 1/2-finger near-white head, which dissipates to a persistent ring and partial film, leaving etched rings of lace down the glass. Floral and mild hop spice aromas off pour, then pineapple and mild citrus rind aroma, with sweet peach (a little), mild coconut, fresh herbal and sweet berry aromas joining as warms. On tasting, peach up front, with some black pepper and citrus rind bite, which carries over a vaguely coconut, creamy, nearly milkshake malt body, into a little herbal dankness, and as warms a little sweet pineapple, before a sweet orange and prickly citrus rind, not overly sticky, in fact surprisingly clean and crisp, and nicely bitter finish.
A near milkshake IPA body buoys lots of fruit, with some spice and herbal notes for contrast, but the layered, complementary aromas star in this up to the moment contemporary NEIPA.
