Served in knock-off perfect pint glass. Poured a clean, clear honey gold color with just a thin cap of white head that had no retention or lacing.
The aroma was lead by the sweet base malts and topped by nice yeast spice.
On the palate the profile was pretty similar, just bolder and better developed.
The body was well on the fuller side of the style, smooth, and had a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was very good, I've quaffed a couple of these now, and look forward to more.
Overall, a solid take on the style. Not elite, but certainly enjoyable. Worth a shot if you see it.

On tap at Harry’s on Tye.
L: Golden Orange filtered with a sparse cap and ring.
S: Citrus peels and cracker malts.
T: Follows nose. Also wine-like in a refreshing way.
F: Thin and crisp.
O: Dangerously crushable for the ABV. This did not strike me as a Tripel at all, but it was a good beer nonetheless.
