Poured from fridge temp. Pours a dark brown with a nice tan head. Nose is whisky, oak, tree trunk, cherries, and nice malts. Taste is sweet whisky, slight alcohol burn, and lots of dark fruit. Cherries, raisins, figs, and blackberries. Getting caramel and some tart grape notes. Quite fruity overall, and a bit different from other wee heavies. Mouthfeel is nice - medium bodied. Aftertaste is sweet fruit. Overall, a really nice beer from Sori.
