Collaboration with Seven Island Brewery
Ajax is the Great is Greek, mythological hero known for courage (and some craziness) - as are these two modern era brewers. Brothers in craft from Estonia and Greece brewed a crazy courageous New England DIPA. Refreshing and full of fruits like a spring in Corfu. Infused with real mango with experimental HPA-035 and Mosaic hops.

Hazy orange color with a white head, juicy, hoppy aroma with tropical fruits, taste of tropical fruits, medium bitterness, medium sweetness, medium body.

Served in a pint glass from the can here at CervecerÃa Esparte un Conil, Spain.
Appearance: Hazy brew coming off with medium to full bubbles creating a white head rising roughly almost one fingers length off the body.
Smell: Hoppy aroma. Deep oranges and grapefruit skin aroma.
Taste: Sweet citrus consistent with like but no sourness and grapefruit and tangerine. Bitter floral feel which dissipates quick.
Mouth: Juicy brew makes me think it's a sports drink packed with alcohol. Medium carbonation with an full body.
Overall: very good brew and the intake of what I have drank on this vacation just keeps getting better and better. Salud!
