A few 12 oz. bottle of Sori Brewing, a new one to me, courtesy of my friends at Tavour. This is the first to splash open.
Black; a bare whisper as the cap rises off the bottle foreshadows an almost complete lack of bubbles. The nose brings 90% coffee/10% vanilla/0% bourbon. Taste?
Shadow Game III tastes distinctly European (I still can’t identify what that means). Hard black coffee up front & like the nose, only traces of vanilla & bourbon mid-palate. Alcohol completely masked. Pretty thin & correspondingly, if one wished, one could drink a half-bucket of this.
Other than the coffee this is pretty bland & simple. Decent enough.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Viendo El juego del Calamar 1x03-04. Muy equilibrada, con una barrica muy bien integrada y sin que los más de 13 grados se noten apenas. No obstante, se echa en falta un plus que justifique semejante alcohol y precio
