Poured at fridge temp. Pours motor oil black with pretty much zero head. The nose is bourbon, some roasted malts, light coffee, and a fruity (almost red wine) note.
The taste is super interesting. Definitely different from a typical BA stout. Vanilla, chocolate, strong maraschino cherry note, Christmas fruit cake, and a light dusting of roasted malts. Pretty good, but not my favorite. The cherry kinds of dominates a bit too much. Mouthfeel is relatively thin.

Bottle at Las Buenas Pulgas, served in a balloon glass. Dark chocolate color, medium beige head that fades to a ring around the glass. Creamy lacing. Aroma of bourbon, raisins, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon. Full body, oily texture, good carbonation. Boozy finish. Taste of bourbon, chocolate,,raisins, licorice, vanilla, cinnamon, nuts and butter. Splendid.
