The work of Barrel Master is a labor of love. Patiently tending the beers as they rest in wood.
We've kept a watchful eye on Vinum Maximus, our new Barley Wine series. This one aged for over 12 months in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels.
Notes of vanilla and oak compliment the dark plum raisin flavors, accompanied with floral bouquet aromas of our signature Barley Wine.

Copenhagen 16/3 2024. 33 cl bottle from Beer Me web-shop. Dark red and gold label with ornaments in a circular design and Sori's logo in gold in the center.
Pours opaque hazy dark brown with a small light beige head, Stable. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a dark and sugary odor mingling sweet malts, sugar and alcohol. Dark malts, brown sugar, toffee and liqueur. Boozy wood and Bourbon.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, soft, viscous, a bit sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a heavy, dark sweetness followed by a moderately intense bitterness. Aftertaste is sugary and sweet. Bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is sweet and boozy.
Vinous and liqueurs. Barley Barrel Wine.
