Copenhagen 27/4 2024. 33 cl bottle from Beer Me web-shop. Very colorful label with a drawing of a Cinnamon bun.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving only a small patch of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, roasted and sugary odor mingling with dark alcohol. Dark roasted malts, toffee, brown sugar and a bit of cinnamon. Coffee. Hints of vanilla. Bourbon and wood.
Light carbonation. Rather thick, oily, viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sugary sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and rich. Lingering. Finish is sugary and boozy.
Wholesome, sweet and rich.
