According to 18B standards on BJCP guidelines.
A: The body is light amber with no carbonation at all - the beer looks still, like there's no activity at all in it. The head didn't show up which is sad to say the least.
S: The aroma is filled with the presence of hops, pine and resinous tones. Yeah, it's an APA.
T: High hop flavor with a nice appearance of malt in the end. The malty profile has some caramel touch to it.
M: Low carbonation makes the beer weird but the bitterness coming from the hops creates a nice dry finish which is basically what you want here.
O: It should have lot more carbonation. The beer is basically dead. Yet, in terms on aroma and taste, it's almost there. I will be looking forward to try this in the future when the brewery itself is more mature.
